This page shows your total deduction per pay period for your current benefit plans and may show the employer contribution for these plans.
It also contains a table showing the following information about each of your benefit plans for the current year:
- Benefit plan name
- Election/coverage code or amount
- Your deduction amount (or percentage) per pay period for the plan
- Employer contribution per pay period for the plan (if not hidden by your system administrator)
Note: An asterisk in a column means it is not applicable.
To view dependents or beneficiaries associated with a plan, click the arrow to the left of the plan name to show rows with additional information, if applicable. For example:
- If your medical plan includes coverage for dependents (such as your spouse or children), there will be a row
- If your life insurance plan has beneficiaries, there will be a row
