Use this page of the Open Enrollment setup wizard to provide links to documents or web pages to help employees as they go through the open enrollment process, such as:
- An open enrollment instructions document
- Your company's benefits handbook
- The medical and dental provider n Network website
- Forms the employee may need to fill out
You can select four links for the open enrollment period. These links are displayed in the Instructions area during open enrollment.
To add a link, select the file or web link from the Reference drop-down list. This list contains the file links and web links that were already set up. After you select the link:
- Description displays the description that was assigned to the file or link.
- Type displays either File Link or Web Link.
