Your selection in the Data Source field on the Select Fields tab controls which fields HRMS Employee Self Service displays in the Available list.
The selections available in the Data Source field depend on the installed modules. For example, if you do not install Sage HRMS Train, the Data Source field will not include the Course Catalog or Required Courses data sources.
Fields for some data sources contains groups and subgroups. The following data sources and groups are available in the Data Source field:
- Benefit Enrollments. This data source contains fields that allow you to include data such as Employee Coverage Begin Date, Reason for Change, and Date Eligible in View output. This data source includes the Benefit Plan subgroup.
- Course Catalog. Contains fields that allow you to include data such as Course Code, Course Fee, and Total Hours in View output.
- Pay History. Contains a record of each paycheck and the pay details (earnings, taxes, deductions) by pay date.
- Personnel. This data source contains fields such as Personal, Ethnic Origin, Termination Reason, and Pay Effective Date in View output. This data source includes the groups Personal, Job and Pay, Benefits, Career, Training, Time Off, and Custom (available only if there are custom detail pages in Sage HRMS).
- Required Courses. Contains fields that allow you to include data such as Course Code, Course Description, and Priority in View output. This data source includes the Course subgroup.
