Life Event Setup - Pages

Use this page to select the type of information the employee can change during the Life Event. The pages you select open for the employee as they proceed through their life event. They can then make changes on these pages.

Select all the pages that apply to the life event you are setting up.

  • Personal Profile Changes: The Personal Profile page lets the employee change editable information, including marital status (such as for a Marriage life event).
  • Address: The Address page lets the employee change address information.
  • Dependent/Beneficiary Changes: The Dependents/Beneficiaries page lets the employee add or change dependents and beneficiaries. However, employees are not able to delete a dependent or beneficiary during a life event.
  • Enrollment Changes: Benefit enrollment pages open for the employee and/or dependents to enroll in a new plan or change enrollment for an existing plan.
